The hotel is exceptionally clean with a very modern design. The staff is very attentive. The breakfast is rich and good. My review makes sense and sounds like it was written by a native English speaker.

Breakfast is fine.

Electricity went out, don't know who's fault it was Pg&email or Hampton Inn. Couple next door having sex really loud while with my 18 year son. Really embarrassing for both of us.

The staff were both accommodating and consistently courteous. The bathroom in our suite was large. Climate control, multi-channel television and a seating area were there too.

My room was decent sized and complete with coffee, 2 beds instead of a king plus the tub. The location was particularly good - short way from everywhere I wanted to go.

Continental breakfast!!! Easy waffle-maker, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, coffee, cereal, bagels, fruit...In & Out burger, KrispeKreme, McDonald, gas station nearby. Entrance to the freeway to get to San Francisco is very close, but you can't hear the noise. I'm surprised there's a sign that says "park at your own risk" because the police station is behind the hotel. The area is very quiet with a mix of residential houses. Also, there is a chinese restaurant next door cheaper than chinatown. It takes maybe 15 min to get to the city. Taking the great highway & skyline blvd instead of freeway 1 is mostly traffic free to reach the tourist spots plus it was nice cruising along the beach.

Family suite could be a little bigger. Once the sofa bed is out, it became a little cramped for a family with 2 young kids.

Convenient location near the Colma BART station, making it easy to access San Francisco. Had a room with a bath, which was a nice feature. Enjoyed lunch at the nearby In-n-Out Burger and tried their tasty fast food options.

Ice machine was broken and parts were left on flood.

The room was comfortable, spotless, and had updated, cozy beds, located in a great central spot close to San Francisco's attractions.

Nice staff if you can get then to call back, central location to where my son lives and we will be in that area quite a bit.

Right next to hotel so a little noise, charged twice for the same day. They blame it on Booked.net, however, I don't have a double booking on the site. They need to remove the double charge or I will reverse it with my credit company. Said they would call back, however, that has yet to happen.

Location and front desk staff. Nice breakfast.

We always stay at a Hampton. The bathroom was filthy - tub was filled with dirty water - we were given another room. Linens on bed were very wrinkled and bed was not made up to standards compared to the many Hamptons we have stayed at through the years. Very disappointed and the rate for this place was unreasonable.

Delicious breakfast options with 2-3 choices and fluffy pancakes 🥞. Conveniently close to the Colma BART station for easy transportation.

Since I am frequent traveller, I feel the price was too high as compared to other places.

They should consider keeping the vegetarian meals. Specially in breakfast, the only option that I had was serials, jam and butter. There was egg but thats too with Pork.

I had new-fashioned and updated room with comfortable beds. This hotel was set in a central area short walk to a Cantonese restaurant and San Francisco, where easy access to town and airport. Again, it was 2 miles from Lucky Chances Inc Casino.
